For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of an 8 working day standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by the end of the standstill period, midnight on Wednesday 9 April 2025. Any representations should be sent for the attention of the Head of Procurement and Contracts via email to commercialprocurement@liverpool.gov.uk or by post to Commercial Procurement Unit, Liverpool City Council, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH (it is advised to use a signed for delivery service).
