This Preliminary Market Engagement notice is placed to inform the market of NHS Devon's Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) intention to commission a new digital system to support its All Age Continuing Care function. The new system is intended to: • Replace two existing systems and to migrate onto one platform • Support Case management of packages of Care • Manage provider contracts and invoicing • Provide a potential for eBrokerage. The purpose of this notice is to provide a summary of the services to be procured, share the service specification and to obtain feedback that will help support an effective and cost-efficient quality service.
