This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. The contract was awarded on 1st April 2025, and will continue until 31st March 2027, (with the option to extend for 1 year plus 1 year) subject to available funding and satisfactory performance at the discretion of the Council. The total value of the contract is £1,546,596 which includes the value of any possible extensions.
