Written representations should be sent to Neil Dodds - neil.dodds1@nhs.netThe Provider is satisfying all requirements of the current contract with regular reporting and monitoring of KPIs and is expected to fully satisfy the requirements of the new contract. An assessment of the current Provider with regard to the key criteria was conducted and it was concluded that the Provider is meeting the required standards with high quality services provided with experienced staff at value. They provide an integrated service within the Trust's and community care system enhancing patient choice and accessibility, while also supporting employment in the local community.The decision to award the competitive process.The contract was made by awarded to the CDC Programme Board successful bidder on 08/01/2025.No conflicts 26th March 2025.The contract is for the period from 01/04/2025 to 30/09/2025 with options to extend for 2 further 3 month periods..The estimated lifetime value of interest were identified. the contract including the extension option is £168,000.
