North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS England North West Region (the Relevant Authority), who are conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in order to gain a better understanding of the capacity and appetite of the market to deliver Liaison & Diversion Services, RECONNECT Services, Enhanced RECONNECT Services and Mental Health Treatment Requirement Services in Lancashire and Cumbria.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Please note, contracts have NOT been awarded via the procedure detailed within this notice for both: Lot 1 Liaison and Diversion and RECONNECT Services for Lancashire and Cumbria; and Lot 3 Mental Health Treatment Requirement Services for Lancashire and Cumbria. Lot 1 was the subject of a review by the Independent Patient Choice and Procurement Panel, who recommended the procurement either be rewound or abandoned. The Relevant Authority has now made the decision that the current procurement for Lot 1 will be abandoned. Lot 3 received 1 provider response and the provider refused the offer of contract. A new provider selection process will be conducted in accordance with the PSR.
