Description

Blackpool Council has a requirement for a suitably qualified and highly experienced consultant to promote a strategically important leisure development opportunity to investors.The appointed consultancy team will be required to lead on the marketing of the site and supporting the Council in identifying the most appropriate use for the site and attracting appropriate high quality investor/developer interests.

Renewal Options

The initial term may be extended to provide for extension of the relationship between the Council and the appointed consultant.
