This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using Direct Award Process C. - Date of Contract Award: NEL Procurement Group approved award decision on 7 March 2025. Notice of intention to award published on 27 March 2025. Confirmation of award 8 April 2025. - Dates between which the services are intended be provided: The initial period runs from 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2030 (with the option to extend to 31st March 2032). - Lifetime value of the contract: The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £350,000. (The value of the optional contract extension is £100,000.) There were no conflicts of interest identified in the decision making process.
