This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 25th March 2025. This contract has not yet formally now been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to formally awarded using direct award under process C. The contract award date is 9th April 2025, and the PSR.Any formal written representations should be sent to: hweicbhv.procurementteam@nhs.net standstill period took place between 13th March 2025 and 25th March 2025. The business case including the recommendation to award the contract under Provider Selection Regime Process C was approved by the HWE ICB Board ICB's Strategic Finance & Commissioning Committee on 31st January 2025 where 9/1/25 and one potential conflict of interest was recorded noted and mitigated. The decision to award this contract in line with Direct Award Process C was based on evaluation against the five required key criteria as follows:• Quality and Innovation - Assured - HWE ICB are assured that the provider is delivering a safe and effective Community Health Service as required by the contract.• Value - Assured - HWE ICB are assured that the provider is delivering value will be for one year from 1st April 2025 to the Health & Care Partnership integrated care system. • Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability 31st March 2026, with an optional one year extension until 31st March 2027. - Assured - HWE ICB are assured that the provider is positively impacting on the integrated care system through their integration and collaboration across services• Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice - Assured - HWE ICB are assured that the provider is meeting needs The maximum value of the population to ensure equitable access and choice • Social Value - Assured - HWE ICB are assured that the provider new contract is supporting £97,400,000 per annum. Should the wider health and wellbeing of optional extension be used, the population. maximum contract value for the 2-year period is £194,800,000.
