Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of Frameworks and DPS agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services. EEM is conducting this tender exercise to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) consisting of consultants to carry out construction, refurbishment, repairs and maintenance related multidisciplinary consultancy services; covering a wide range of specialisms to support our membership. Consultants can select single, multiple or all consultancy categories when completing their DPS application and will need to consider the services they can offer when completing their DPS application.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are extending this DPS in accordance with Public Contract Regulations 2015 regulation 34 (28) and transitional and saving regulations. The end date of this DPS will now be 23rd February 2029. The extension will support to facilitate above and below threshold awards that the EEM membership wish to utilise the DPS for whilst also giving SME's and other organisations opportunity to join the DPs and participate in mini competition opportunities. The extension will also allow an appropriate amount of time to consult with our membership and the market to design and procure an appropriate replacement to this DPS under the Procurement Act. Any contract awarded under the DPS will continue until it comes to an end and will be managed by the PCR (even if the DPS has terminated prior to that point).
