Op Model design via Design Authority • Support development of end-state structures across three areas to Level 2 (i.e. direct reports to PUS, CDS, NAD), Level 3 for MSHQ • Support finalisation of L1 accountabilities for PUS, CDS, NAD and interfaces with CDN • Support agreement of interim structures across three areas to Level 2, Level 3 for MSHQ based on validated scale of change • Support agreement of interim governance and management systems across three areas • Support stand up of interim L2 structures across three areas for April 1st cut over • Support outline business case (implementation plan, strategic rationale, risk evaluation) Support PMO • Support re-set of PMO/DA alignment and programme cadence • Support change management • Support development of long-term implementation • Support change management Strategic advice • Provide strategic advice and support of the above to the SRO of Defence Reform
