** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified. The decision to modify the contract was agreed by Worcestershire County Council's Commercial Governance Board. Board Members include WCC's Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Head of Commercial, Principal Contracts Solicitor and relevant Directorate Senior Officers (e.g. Director of Public Health). No conflicts of interest were declared by board members.
