THIS IS A CONTRACT MODIFICATION NOTICE. NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Sefton Place have approved a modification to a contract that was awarded under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The existing contract to deliver cancer support in Sefton Place started on 1st January 2024 and expired on 31st December 2024. This modification adds an additional 3 months to the contract term to align to other similar contracts in Sefton Place. As a result the modified expiry date is 31st March 2025. The original contract value was £100,000 and the modification value is £25,000.
