The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR.’Written representations should be sent to: Dominique.Gregory@nhs.net You must:- The evaluation panel included the General Manager of GI Surgery, A Consultant Bariatric and Upper GI Surgeon and a GI Consultant;- There were no declared conflicts of interest- The relative importance of the key criteria was based on the Trust's priorities with value at (30%), then quality (40%) followed by integration, collaboration and service sustainability (15%), Social value (10%) and finally improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice (5%). Total quality score at 70% vs 30% value.The winning bid scored a weighted quality and score of 61.63% out of 70% and 30% out of 30% for value. This gave a total score of 91.63% The scores were awarded based on the criteria set out in the tender documentation.
