The London Borough of Brent (the “Council”) is conducting a Preliminary Market Engagement (“PME”) exercise, to inform the planned procurement of a Single Delivery Partner (“SDP”) to support delivery of the final phases of the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme. The Council intends to appoint a SDP to deliver a programme of regeneration across multiple sites over the next 10–15 years. The estimated capacity is approximately 1,600 new mixed-tenure homes. The purpose of this PME is to seek feedback on: • The proposed contracting arrangements; • The proposed procurement approach and timeline; and • The programme-wide approach to affordable housing and viability. This PME notice is not a call for competition.
