CPT_25_18 DRC valuations of Environment Agency operational assets

Description

The National Audit Office (NAO) awarded a contract to Ridge & Partners LLP who will be expected to provide civil engineering cost estimation expertise to assist with our review of the assumptions underpinning the Environment Agency's March 2025 valuation of its operational assets. This contract has been direct awarded using Lot 1: Business of Crown Commercial Services Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3). The new contract will run for an initial period of 2 years from Thursday 1st May 2025 until Friday 30th April 2027, with the option to further extend for a period of up to 3 years (by 3 periods of 12 months) until Tuesday 30th April 2030 at the NAO's discretion. The estimated contract value will be £150,000 inclusive of VAT over the 5 years duration.
