This is for a Preliminary market engagement (PME) where the tender documentation is not yet available. ESPO are establishing a national framework agreement for the provision of a refuse and recycling products, including but not limited to plastic wheeled bins (two-wheeled and four-wheeled), four-wheeled steel bins, steel wheeled bin maintenance, plastic refuse sacks, compostable liners, food caddies, kerbside boxes, compost bins, composting accessories and other associated products and services.
