Description
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Intention to Award Notice following a competitive process for Berkshire West and South Oxfordshire Palliative and End of Life Care to NHS Buckinghamshire Oxfordshire and Berkshire West ICB (The Commissioner). The contract period is 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2032 for 7 years (option to extend for 3 years (to 31st December 2035)). The total contract value for this procurement is £34,997,182 including VAT for the life of the contract (including extensions). The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decisions makers by midnight on 13 May 2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
