Description
The Child Vision Screening Programme (CVS) is a prevention and early intervention public health programme that aims to support parents, promote child development, improve family and child health outcomes and ensure that families, children and young people at risk are identified at the earliest opportunity. The childhood vision screening programme aims to identify children aged 4 to 5 years with impaired sight by sending Orthoptic Nurses into Mainstream and specialist schools to conduct screening thus enabling timely intervention.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.' You must confirm the following: - The contract award date is 01/05/2025 - The contract will cover the time period 01/05/25-31/03/2027 -The lifetime value of the contract is - Value excluding VAT: £155,174.54 There was no review during standstill period. There were no declared conflicts of Interest.
