The clinically led service aims to provide timely, accessible, and effective support including a range of interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of service users in Birmingham and Solihull.

The award of a contract relating to Mental Health Crisis Text Messaging Service; this notice is an intention to award a contract under the most suitable provider process, for a 12 month period at a cost of £162,000 per annum. This is a new service and the intention is to award to Mental Health Innovations, a new provider with BSMHFT
