The lifetime Value of the contract is £51,813,000 (£25,907,000 per annum). The contract term will be for two years with no option to extend. The contract commenced on 1 April 2025 and will end on 31 March 2027. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
