Description

The purpose of this Flexible Framework Agreement (FFA) is to create a list of Providers who can offer high quality independent supported living services for adult with high level care and support needs. In order to deliver this Contract, you will be required to evidence that you hold current CQC registration for the provision of Personal Care for the particular client group you are bidding for and have a proven track record of delivering similar services. The Council is creating this FFA without restrictions to the number of Providers who can join, only that they meet all the requirements of the application process and Service Specification. The Flexible Framework Agreement (Contract) will be an open framework for new applications every three months throughout the duration of the Contract to give Providers the opportunity to join the FFA during its life. The Contract consists of 2 Lots: Lot 1 - Learning Disabilities and / or Neurodevelopmental Disorders Lot 2 - Mental Health Needs Applicants may apply for one or both lots.

2. II.1.4

II.1.4 The Flexible Framework Agreement (Contract) will be an open framework for new applications every three months throughout for the first year of operation. Following the quarterly opening of applications on 1 May 2025, applications will be opened every 6 months with the next opening being 1 November 2025 then 1 May and 1 November thereafter for the duration of the Contract to give given Providers the opportunity to join the FFA during its life. III.1.4 The flexible framework is an open opportunity and Providers may submit applications to join the flexible framework at any time over the duration of the framework. The Council will close the opportunity every 3 months 6 months, and download and evaluate submitted applications. The framework will then immediately reopen for a further period of 3 6 months. This process will be repeated for the duration of the framework. V.1.3 This framework will open and close every 3 6 months for applications during its lifetime.

Suppliers will be required to express interest in this opportunity on the NEPO ProContract system. Applications were opened every 3 months during the first year of the FFA. With immediate effect, the opening of applications will take place 6 monthly.
