The contract will in place between 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2030 with 2 x 12-month optional extensions available to be used at the Council's discretion. The estimated lifetime value of the contract will be £22,521,479.25 excl VAT. However, the amount payable to the awarded supplier could increase to £27,689,625.67 depending on if the Council is able to secure additional grant funding.
