It includes a strong emphasis on local collaborations and integrated care pathways, with a focus on patient satisfaction, clinical governance and meeting local health care needs. There is a strong commitment to improve healthcare for all the people of LLR, with services being delivered as close to home as possible. This is an activity based contract with variable payments.
