TfW's Travel Management Service run an Education Season Ticket scheme, this offers additional discounts to Schools and Colleges for bulk buying season tickets for their pupils. Processing these season tickets is currently done manually by the TMS team, and is a very labour intensive process. We are seeking input from the market, as to potential solutions to enable TfW to deliver the educational season ticket service. There is currently envisaged 3 main requirements - 1. A Ordering Portal for submissions, either by the schools or directly from pupils/ parents. 2. Creation of a photo ID card (digital preferred) 3. Creation & distribution of the season ticket (Digital tickets preferred). TfW is open to receiving potential solutions as to how this may be delivered, either directly or through a third-party.
