Our vision is to create an innovative, welcoming and sustainable cultural hub that represents local communities and connects Carlisle and Cumbria to the world. Project Management Services ITT Tullie is seeking project management services with relevant qualification, experience, and skills to support us in the development and delivery of Project Tullie Phase 3: Breaking Down Barriers. Services include the management of capital works RIBA work stages 4-7. The proposed scope of services is included within this ITT.
