This variation is to update the contract in line with the new financial arrangements for NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board only. The funding is an additional £253,803.00 for the West Palliative Care Service, £1,000,000.00 for National Support (Month 12) but a Month 10 depreciation adjustment of -£861,000.00 to the Fixed Value. The overall change to the Expected Annual Contract Value for 24/25 is a combined increase of the Fixed Value & Secondary Dental Fixed Value for NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB totalling £773,588.00.
