This is part of a wider project to improve the town centre. The previous phases of the project used a particular granite sourced from a quarry in China used by Hardscape. To ensure consistency it is essential to maintain the quality of the granite as such Hardscape can be the only supplier used to procure these goods. There is therefore an absence of competition and no alternative
