Cambridgeshire County Council (the "Council") is currently anticipating procuring a Term Service Contract ("TSC"), a Professional Services Contract ("PSC") and is also potentially looking to set up a Highways Planned Maintenance Works and Major Schemes Framework ("HWSF"). These proposed three services are together referred to as the "Highways Programme".
