Description

This is for prior information (a Planned procurement) where the tender documentation is not yet available. This Planned procurement notice is being published to alert the supplier market that ESPO is looking to establish a National Framework for the supply of various heavy and light commercial catering equipment, maintenance and servicing of catering equipment and turnkey kitchen design. Suppliers will be able to bid on a regional and/or sub-regional basis. Lot details are yet to be confirmed.

Renewal Options

ESPO may choose to use the extension periods where; • The framework is performing well • It continues to broadly meet customer needs The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. ESPO reserves the right to implement the extension period in part, full, or in increments (such as x2 12-month periods). The total estimated value stated includes the option period.
