Description

The City of Edinburgh Council (The Council) is seeking to procure up to 6 contractors under a Framework Agreement for the delivery and installation of kitchen and bathroom units in tenanted and void council owned housing stock across the city for a period of 4 years. It is anticipated that the volume of installations will be 500 - 1500 per annum

Total Quantity or Scope

It is anticipated that the volume of installations will be 500 - 1500 per annum for the city with an estimated extra 20% purchased from participating partners. Framework Contractors will be experienced in the design, assembly and delivery of full kitchen and bathroom multi trade works with excellent levels of quality assurance, tenant satisfaction and customer service. Typically, the works will consist of a package of programmed kitchen and bathroom installations within a defined area, however, there will also be a requirement to deliver ad-hoc spontaneous installations. Framework contractors will be socially responsible ensuring opportunities for working with the local community and Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), creating new jobs and stimulating the local economy.
