Description

There is an intention that Kirklees Council will commission an economic operator to work with us, at risk, to co-design, develop and deliver the Kirklees Intervention and Support Service (KISS), which will be developed through a Social Impact Bond (SIB) via collaboration with an investment partner. The economic operator will be responsible for commissioning specialist service providers who will be experienced, value driven, outcome focussed third sector providers. The Service is intended to improve outcomes and life chances for vulnerable people, which will then reduce the likelihood of their future need to access costly crisis interventions.
