Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) is preparing for a future procurement in relation to Repairs and Maintenance Works and Services Lots are anticipated to cover three key regions: Lancashire (North), Greater Manchester (South/Central) and South Yorkshire (East). The intended scope per region includes: Major & Replacement Multi-trade Lot: Disrepair, major, complex void, refurbishment and replacement, Supply and install , Non-reactive works and services. Total budget: £2.7m per annum inc VAT. Responsive and Voids Lots: To cover emergency, reactive, standard void. Responsive lots expected to include - Multi-trade, drainage, house and garden clearance, house decoration and joinery, electrical, scaffolding. Total budget: £1.3m per annum.
