Procurement of principal contractor of main works of 66,060sqft of TFTF site inclusive of all packages including modular build. Works consisting construction of Firing Range, Classrooms, Skills House, Main building facilities, Parking, Secure Store and Office. Proposed procurement strategy is two stage D&B procurement with aiming to commence stage 1 tender July 2026 and stage 2 appointment August 2027. PCSA Contract estimated start date November 2026 and end April 2027 Main works contract estimated start date August 2027 and end October 2028.
