This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market of a potential procurement process to support the continuing delivery of the NHS Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme from April 2026. The NHS Type 2 Diabetes Path to Remission Programme is a joint initiative between NHS England and Diabetes UK. The service supports individuals who are overweight / obese and recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes to achieve significant weight loss and potentially remission from their diabetes, using a total diet replacement approach alongside a structured programme of behavioural support.
