Bids were invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees from Suppliers appointed to the YPO Framework - Agreement Ref: 1086 - Apprenticeships and Associated Training, with relevant experience and ability to deliver the KMCCW-092 - Data and Insight Apprenticeship Training, as detailed in the Further Competition documents. The contract commenced on 21 May 2025 and will expire on 20 May 2027, with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods until 20 May 2029.

The procurement is for an Apprenticeship Programme which falls under the Light Touch Regime. Therefore, a Prior Publication is not legally required as the contract is not under the new PA23 and the value is below the UK threshold.
