The London Borough of Hillingdon awards the provision of Mental Health Early Intervention Services. The provision is for social inclusion programs supporting individuals who have complex mental health issues who would benefit from establishing support networks within their local community. The value of the notice is based on the contract term which is 5 year with an optional 3 year of £230K per annum.

Total Quantity or Scope

The service needs to be a holistic model to enable individuals to access information, advice, and support. The service will develop, maintain, and deliver a range of person- centered and coordinated services for individuals in Hillingdon. The Service Provider will be responsible for ensuring safe, high quality, non-discriminatory services appropriate to the diverse needs of the Borough. The service needs to work in collaboration with the Council and the wider Health, Care and Community sector to utilise the assets available in Hillingdon to support individuals to live well within their communities. The value of this notice is based on the contract term which is 5 year with an optional 3 year of £230K per annum.
