Westminster City Council (WCC) is commissioning a pilot service to deliver culturally appropriate, community-led mental health support for Global Majority (GM) residents in the North Paddington wards of Queen’s Park, Harrow Road, and Westbourne. This 18-month pilot, with a total pre-tendered budget of £280,000, aims to provide early-intervention psychological support, outreach and engagement activities, and workforce development through a train-the-trainer programme for local VCS organisations.
