Procurement of an adults carers support service. Providing support to adult carers of people aged 18 and over in Derby. Service to meet our statutory obligation to deliver information and advice to carers. This is a key component of, with adult social care, the carers support process and includes a proactive support offer to reduce, delay and prevent the need for formal support for them and their cared-for in the future.
