** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The value stated in II.1.7 and V.2.4 are based on current usage multiplied by the highest cost tendered price for each product line for which bids were received for. However, it is expected that additional products may be added during the term of the framework which may result in an increase in spend under the framework. Furthermore, the framework value may be impacted by potential price variances during the framework term. As such, the maximum value attributed to this framework will be 1,195,500,000 GBP (i.e. the advertised estimated total value as per notice 2024/S 000-035856) to ensure there is sufficient scope for additional products, call-off contracts and price variations over the term of the framework.. . In Section I.2 it is stated that this procurement is a joint procedure. This contract is not a joint contract, it is a central purchasing body contract operated by the Business Services Organisation, Procurement and Logistics Service on behalf of the participants listed in I.1.
