This work builds on previous work undertaken for PCH in 2024/25 examining the experience of a range of councils around measuring timescales. This work will test and develop this in much greater depth. This universal work also runs alongside a parallel piece of targeted work (B6) supporting a small number of sites. Learnings from the targeted work will feed into this examination of timescales. It may also be, depending on timings, that this work is tested back out in some of the targeted sites.

Renewal Options

The Head Contractor will be entitled at its absolute discretion to extend the Contract Period on the same terms for a further period or periods of up to six months, subject to business approval and funds availability. The terms and conditions of the Sub-Contract shall apply throughout any such extended period. The duration of this Contract shall be no longer than twelve months in total.
