This notice is to notify of the award of a contract for the provision of an Adult and Children's Social Care Case Management System with Integrated Finance.

Total Quantity or Scope

Southampton City Council has conducted a further competition utilising the Crown Commercial Services RM6259 Vertical Application Solutions Framework Agreement, Lot 2. The contract value listed reflects the implementation period, 5 years system running costs following 'go live' of the new system, optional extension period running costs (of up to 4 years) and optional future system improvement/enhancements.

Renewal Options

The contract period is 5 years from the date of 'go live' with the option to extend for up to two further periods of two years. There is also a number of optional system enhancements built into the contract that can be taken up at any time.
