The Council wishes to procure services for the purpose of providing an advice and guidance service offering direct support with some limited potential signposting, where necessary, for residents of the area with a focus on those most in need, subject to an agreed level of funding and to a defined level of service as hereinafter provided. Only one of the options will be awarded, however bidders must submit a bid for all three options.
