Description

Derbyshire County Council are looking to procure a Framework that will support children and young people with disabilities and / or additional needs This includes: Physical impairments, sensory impairments, severe learning disabilities, children that are non-verbal, children who are receiving palliative care or have complex health needs , children with autistic spectrum disorders. The aim of the framework is to deliver high quality, outcome driven, bespoke services to children, young people and their families via: •Community based befriending and mentoring services •Overnight short break provision •Group Care •Home care Services
