Supply and install of play equipment and associated EPDM surface. Creation of a new sand pit and play in the location of the existing paddling pool. Removal of the existing sand pit with the creation of a new seated/picnic area: • To remove and replace selected items of the existing play equipment and EPDM surfacing. • To construct a new sand pit in the site of the existing paddling pool and install sand play equipment. With drainage and surrounding surfacing. • To remove the existing sand pit and provide a level surface and install a picnic / seated area, incorporating the existing picnic tables. • To supply and install some imaginative play equipment / play houses, to increase the play value of both areas.
