Delivery of an Enhanced Services Delivery Scheme (ESDS) for patients in Nottingham City whose GP Practice do not deliver the scheme. This includes: Ear Irrigation, Treatment Room Services, Management of Minor Injuries, ECG Monitoring and Interpretation, Phlebotomy (12+years) - clinic based and domiciliary service encompassing all blood sampling for investigations, monitoring and follow-up and Spirometry.

Total Quantity or Scope

Services to be provided: Delivery of an Enhanced Services Delivery Scheme (ESDS) for patients in Nottingham City whose GP Practice do not deliver the scheme. This includes: Ear Irrigation, Treatment Room Services, Management of Minor Injuries, ECG Monitoring and Interpretation, Phlebotomy (12+years) - clinic based and domiciliary service encompassing all blood sampling for investigations, monitoring and follow-up and Spirometry. The ICB is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £794,898 The dates between which the services are intended to be provided are 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027.
