Description
City Lions is a youth enrichment programme aimed at young people between the ages of 13 – 16, predominately those from disadvantaged backgrounds, which has been running continuously since 2018. The City Lions programme focuses on developing young people's cultural capital, with all projects maintaining a creative emphasis. The provider must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the numerous barriers faced by young people and possess a strong commitment to improving access to the creative sector, building transferable skills, and broadening young people's horizons. Experience in forging strong and sustainable relationships with young people, schools, and cultural organisations is essential. Subcontracting any part of the contract is prohibited unless prior written approval is sought. Thus, a single-service provider is sought with extensive experience within youth work and delivering cultural enrichment projects to fulfil the Service Delivery of City Lions Core Projects in partnership with Westminster City Lions.
Renewal Options
This is a contract to deliver maximum outputs for a 5yr project on a (1+1+1+1) basis. The maximum budget will be disclosed testing bidders in terms of costs and technical ability to meet the scope of requirement. This will be a 5yr project on a (1+1+1+1) basis based on performance.
Award Criteria
| Technical Ability | The technical envelope of the ITT will have a weighting of 70% applied 8 Questions for Tenderers to jusify their ability to delivery the requirement based on the scope of requirement. 1 Question will analyse the Tenders Social Value & Responsible Procurement abilities.. |
| Cost | Tenderers are required to complete the Price Sheet and upload this to the Commercial Envelope on the Jaggaer Portal. There is a fixed fee of £168,000 (£33,600 per annum) available for this contract. Costs submitted require to be fixed and will be evaluated for the full 5-year cost for the contract. A commercial schedule is included in the commercial envelope. All bidders are required to complete this including the breakdown of cost |
