Description

​​The University invites tenders from competent providers of Grounds Maintenance Services.  The service will include grass cutting, hedge clipping, shrub pruning, trimming back ivy/ creepers, weed and moss control, and leaf and litter clearance across multiple areas including student and staff accommodation. ​  ​The service will be carried out in a manner that is in accordance with good practice in the Grounds Maintenance Service Industry.

Renewal Options

1 year with the option to extend by up to a further 48 months, subject to satisfactory annual review and at Queen's discretion

Award Criteria

Simple description The contract will be awarded based on a combination of technical criteria (40%) and price (60%). The technical criteria will include project methodology (20%), service delivery (10%) and sustainable procurement (10%). The price criteria accounts for the remaining 60% of the overall score.
