Severn Trent Water Limited, Dee Valley Water plc & Severn Trent Green Power Limited require a single supplier to provide the DA/DC services for all of their estate. Severn Trent Water (STW) and Hafren Dyfrdwy (HD) require a single supplier to provide Data Collector/Data Aggregator (DC/DA) services. The Data Collector (DC) is an organisation that is accredited by OFGEM to collect half-hourly metering system data and Smart meter data. The Data Aggregator (DA) is an organisation that is accredited by OFGEM to aggregate and validate the metering data that has been collected.
