This is a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice published by the Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) acting on behalf of the five Trusts within Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI): Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (BHSCT), Northern Health and Social Care Trust (NHSCT), Southern Health and Social Care Trust (SHSCT), South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust (SEHSCT), Western Health and Social Care Trust (WHSCT) and the Public Health Agency (PHA). The Northern Ireland Bowel Cancer Screening Programme and the Regional Symptomatic Faecal Immunochemical Testing Services are currently delivered in partnership by the NHSCT and PHA on behalf of all five Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland.
