TENDER FOR ANNUAL INSPECTION OF OUTDOOR PLAY AREAS / MULTI USE GAMES AREAS (MUGAS) AND OUTDOOR GYMS

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invite tenders for the annual Inspection of Outdoor Play Areas, Multi Use Games Areas and Outdoor Gyms. The council requires the services of a competent contractor to provide comprehensive annual independent inspections of all council owned or managed Play Areas, Multi Use Games Areas and Outdoor Gyms including Play or Gym Equipment, Surfacing, perimeter gates and fencing and ancillary items. All contractors must be suitably qualified and able to provide evidence of competence, relevant qualifications, and training records. The contractor is required to undertake annual inspections across 110 parent sites located in the Fermanagh and Omagh District, which collectively include 170 individual site categories.

Renewal Options

The contract will be for a period of two years from the date of award with an option to extend for a further three x 12-month periods at the sole discretion of the Council.
